The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is committed to maintaining an environment free from sexual misconduct, discrimination, or harassment based on race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, age, disability, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, political affiliation, or political philosophy. The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) conducts fair, unbiased, and impartial investigations into reports of sexual misconduct, protected class discrimination or harassment, or related retaliation.

Reporting:

• To report a crime, or your student is in danger, contact UCCS Public Safety at 719.255.3111.
• To talk confidentially without reporting, students contact the UCCS Counseling Center at 719.255.3265.
• To report a matter to UCCS, contact the Title IX Coordinator at 719.255.4324.
• To report a student in crisis, contact the Office of the Dean of Students at 719.255.3091.
• To get a Sexual Assault Nurse Exam (SANE), visit Memorial Hospital at 1400 E. Boulder St. Students can get a SANE without filing a police report.
